I had this same problem with a long-standing reservation that was affected by a relatively minor schedule change and calling the CP line and having the agent adjust the record had no impact. Each one said, "I'll take care of this so that you don't receive any more calls," but it never worked. In all, I received easily more than 20 calls in a two-week span.

I couldn't wait for that trip to be over.
