These denominations are shown on CX's website under the "itinerary" page.
Unfortunately, the seatmaps for the aircrafts concerned can't be loaded despite them being linked.
Adding to the confusion, KA operates 3 different seat configurations for their 330s therefore frequent KA flyers could provide any answers would be fantastic!
On a separate note, seeing KA's FFP is now part of CX MPC, shouldn't the forum title be changed accordingly to include Dragonair as well? Anyway, just a wee suggestion.
I note three different types on the KA website:
1A / 1B and 2
1A and 1B are identical in terms of passengers on board, with a 12F/42J/230Y layout, except A has two toilets by door three, and two toilets at the very back on the sides just before door 4. This reveals seats on the side start in rows 35 and end with row 50. Type B does is slightly different with four toilets by door 3, and seats on the side going from rows 35 to 51 since no toilets at the back. Both aircraft types have rows 35-52 in the middle.
Type 2 is a 42J/273Y configuration.
Hope this helps!
