The oft cheapest way to get there (by buying tickets) in the summer is via DUB. You can fly AA and secure EVIPs to upgrade or get cheap tickets on CO and pay the 20K miles plus the copay to upgrade. Once your dates are secure, EI is usually quite cheap to fly up to EDI or GLA.
