Thanks for the advice!! We're going to the northern suburbs (Evanston) - does
the advice to pick a cab instead of an Airport Express van still hold? I looked
at the website (thanks for the link!) and we can have a "shared" van for
about $60 each way, or the whole van for twice that much (which seems
too high for me to consider - that would be about as much as one of the airfares
from Boston! )

My sense was that a cab from OHare to Evanston could be in the $60 range;
is that way off? We'll be arriving around 10am and departing around 9am, if
that is relevant.

There was no deposit/credit-card-hold required to make a reservation for
the shuttle, so that might be something to do regardless....
