Here, here, SAT Lawyer! I would only add the following points:
1. The CO 737-800/900 have changing tables in them. But these birds are much fewer in number
2. I have never been in an Airbus that did not have changing tables. Their designers clearly had more foresight than Boeing's. Its one of the many reasons why I prefer Airbus over Boeing.
3. Despite some poster's suggestions to the contrary, I don't think my baby's poop is cute/fun/attractive etc. I think it stinks like...well, like sh*t. But the poor design of the aircraft leaves me no choice but to change at the seat.
Finally, FWIW, I'd guess 4 out 5 diaper changes that we do on board do not involve a Code Brown situation, and thus the vast majority of our nappies do not present a malodorous problem for fellow passengers.
