I'm not sure how other passengers will "suffer" except in their overactive imaginations. When we change our son, we do so quickly and, as mentioned before, in a sanitary manner, by placing a large, disposable pad underneath him so that neither his bare skin nor whatever germs are already present on the seat contact one another.

If that is not good enough for you, you are more than welcome to serve, pro bono, as our nanny.
