Right on and well said. At the President's Clubs, some CO employees busy themselves telling fee-paying guests to sit up straight and keep their shoe soles off the table edges to "maintain decorum." But here's a CO employee who wouldn't intervene to keep human filth contained in a crowded airplane cabin.

BTW, you can absolutely change a baby in any lav if you try. I changed my six-month-old once in a rear lav of a TW MD80. No changing table, no headroom, big baby -- but doable.
