Exactly. Maybe the rest of you have been flying on different CO aircraft than my wife, my infant son, and me, but I don't recall seeing any changing tables in the lavatories on any of the domestic narrowbodies I have flown recently. Which CO 737s have lavatories equipped with changing tables? And where are those lavatories?

We always bring disposable pads to place underneath our son when changing him. We too would prefer not to undertake a diaper change in any public venue other than a bathroom, but our hands are tied by what Boeing/Airbus deliver and the airlines configure.
