I have asked about transfers the last few times I have stayed at ICs across Europe (never bothered asking at CP or HI), and have been on each occasion quoted (a) a premium for an english speaking taxi driver (in most countries, I take at least basic English for granted, and if not I am just going to hotel or airport which does not leave much room for interpretation) (b) a super premium for a hotel transfer in a luxury car (what this is has yet to be defined - in many European countries, a mercedes taxi is standard, perhaps this is the reason why) and (c) told categorically that there was no discount for Ambassadors. Still hoping to be able to take advantage of this perk but at a acceptable rate. Perhaps this situation is different for RA?
