In the UK, there is NO exception ala "1+1" as there is in the US. I imagine that the cowards in the rest of the EU will be similarly restrictive when they adopt the UK's asinine restrictions.

I agree, re: South America and Asia. The UK has clearly stated it does not want my tourism dollars, worthless as they are.
