I guess it's how you define RTW ticketing . I called NW and they transfered me to International reservations... I asked for an itinerary, and the agent priced it out -- the flights were operated by airlines such as Dragon Air (not an NW partner). You have to ask to be put on NW partners... RTW ticket I guess, but not like Star Alliance or oneworld.
