I have made two RTW's in business purchased through KLM (one just a month and a half ago and one in Nov.2001). The tickets were valid on KLM - Emirates - Kenya Airways - North West Airlines(no partners) - South
African Airlines. All domestic sectors in the USA on NWA were in first-class.
