There is no reason for insults, I was only explaining how I would behave in a similar situation. I do not have a 'poor attitude' at all, and an shocked at your inflammatory response.. I just understand, working in the industry, that problems occur - and that passengers can over-react to those problems.
I post on here in order to be, hopefully, helpful. Responses such as yours make me not want to bother, if yours is the kind of feedback I get.
Warbo, there are definitely times when you are helpful on these boards. However, I believe that boiler2008's "poor attitude" comments are referring to your writing things like "s*** happens" and "live with it". Those are not the types of responses we customers ever expect to hear from a representative of US.
