As long as they are labeled as being less than 140 proof (70%), you can have as many as will comfortably fit into your kippy bag.
Naturallly, if you wanted to drink Everclear (190 proof) or absolute (~200 proof, not Absolut vodka), all you would have to do is dump out a clear-liquid-containing bottle (like Absolut) and replace it with the high octane juice. The x-ray cannot tell the difference between the higher and lower proof alcohols.
You shouldn't have to play these stupid games because Kip Hawley is a filthy little liar - there is no way to take two innocuous liquids and dump them together to make an explosive. However, he's not shy about lying to the traveling public and should be severely punished for his actions.
