Well as it is an overwing exit it will be over the wing. @:-)
The rear rows may be blocked out for trim purposes, I've seen it happen on flights which are a) too empty so they put everyone at the back or b) not quite as empty but empty enough for an imbalance to affect fuel efficiency.
A 734 has 25 rows so it wouldn't surprise me if there were only 19 on the considerably shorter 735 anyway.
