Dispute the charge. The credit card compnay will issue a conditional credit within 48 hours while it's sorted out so you avoid the intrest charges (at least with most compaines).
For that reason, I disputed it.
Frankly, I got tired of jumping through hoops with US Air trying to get a resolution...
