Bangkok Airways last year (Bangkok -> Siem Reap, Cambodia); all-coach Boeing 717; full meal (salad, hot entree, dessert) & 2 passes of the beverage cart; spectacularly friendly FAs. BTW, this was a 35 minute flight.
