FWIW - MSP-NRT yesterday in WBC up front and all was great! Other than the token FA with attitude who came up from the rear during the other attendendts break, service was great. The attitude of the FAs (except one) was outstanding, food was great (did the Japanese dinner which they are improving), seat worked as did the audio (although I have noticed on -400s it does not always). WBC was full however coach was about 60-70% full. Lot's of room to spread out which people were doing.

NRT-SIN was upstairs on the -200 and once again ontime, equipment worked, service and food was great.

Now, I set an expectaction for NW which is not as a world class business class or first class carrier with not the newest equipment. I take NW for what they are vs. what they are not.

NW - Keep up the improvements in the attittudes on board as that can really make a differance!
