I've had 3 flights in the last couple of years between NRT and LHR where I was the only one in F (always very enjoyable!), and similarly once on CX between HKG and NRT, and 2 or 3 times on SQ between SIN and BKK. I also recall a rather empty Concorde flight around New Year's time many years ago. In addition to me there was just one family.
