Just trying to book a flight on swiss.com. Unfortunately, when trying to pay, it doesn't work with the following error message:

"The Credit Card verification failed. We kindly ask you to use a different credit card for your purchase."

The credit card details are correct. Visa said that no request has been made, so I guess the problem is with the Swiss website. Does anybody know the telephone number on which I can contact the internet help desk?

Alternatively, if you know a website where I can book a V class fare even when W is available, please let me know. (Actually, ideally V class for me and W class for SmilingGirl, all on one booking...)
