I agree with mspra. Today, I called the NW Platinum elite line to get an exit row aisle seat on a KLM-operated flight from LAX to AMS. She put me on hold, called KLM, and said I was now in seat 9C for both outbound and inbound flights (5 days apart) on a 74M (mixed configuration) equipment. But these seat assignments do not appear under nwa.com "View Reservations" (two separate systems). It shows that I am still in seat 26C for both flights. But I'll call KLM to confirm.
