To all frequent flyer Canadian physicians out there:

I know there are rates out there for discount hotel accommodation for doc through organizations like the Ontario Medical Association and CMA, but what I'd like to find out if there are other benefits such as flights/train/car rental, packages, cruises, etc. that can be had via the above memberships or other memberships. As well, are there any specific physician websites (esp. travel agencies) that can avail of thes types of discounts or cater specifically to physicians. I ask this as a current resident.
