If the OP had a foreign address (non US) the discussion would have been different. With UA RCC and AS Boardroom being membership only (sans international) [and BTW these web sites have even poooorer admission details/rules when compared to aa.com] I wondered WHY the OP thought they would have access?

I'm assuming COS was the thought .. but I was ASKING a question not making a geopolitical statement.
