I had purchased a full J AMS-PHL a while back and after some issues occured at AMS, I asked to be deboarded and for a full refund back to the companies CC, it took Tempe almost a Month to ackowledge that I was deboarded and agree to refund my money.

I had to dispute the charge with my companies CC and wait and wait till finally Tempe agreeded to refund the money owed. They claimed that their computer still showed me as boarded and therefor I must have flown the flight. They left no room for the fact that their employee(or contract employee)screwed up and did not deboard me as requested.
