Two flights last Tuesday of mine were delayed a total of over 4 hours because of mechanical problems on both planes and I wouldn't think of wasting my time writing a letter of complaint. These things happen quite frequently. Would you have preferred they NOT fuel up or repair the problem? I'd say to fuggetaboutit.
