Your link doesn't work for me. Our local newspapers and tv stations are using the quote in my signature. Yes, we are paying more than 14 cents a KWH. Yes, to the attempts to build many coal plants by TXU.
We've had full deregulation in Texas for only one week and don't know what will happen to us.
Trains carrying coal and who knows what pass within a stone's throw of my house. It is a worry.
