Maybe Air Canada, and some others, are on the way down and are not making the flyers happy at the moment. They come here to vent.
On the other hand, NW is on the way up. Based on what I read here lately, there were quite many frequent flyers inclining to jump or jumping onto NW ship.
I guess people are less inclined to write "I had a nice flight" stories than they are "I got screwed up big time" stories.

Btw. I just got one of those Zone Cerificates from NW. Travel (by 3/6) to EU from Zone A for some $269. Really nice!
