Agree completely. For me it means lots of calls to UA to confirm I have actually been ticketed
Have a SQ award which I was told would be paper yet an e-ticket was sent to me
Have a domestic ticket which I booked online. Received an e-mail receipt telling me my paper ticket would be sent to my listed billing address. Actually it was was an e-ticket
I receive receipts in the mail for about 40% of my tickets but there seems to be no pattern
