GUW, those are weighted averages. True, Cat 2 --> 3 = an increase of 75--133%, less for 5-nighters. For simplicity, let's say that 24% of Cat. 2 hotels have had such a 100% (for simplicity) increase, yielding a weighted avg. of 24%.
