With regard to the calculations for these categories, the minimum Q-miles are wrong. It would be 500 in both situations, not 250, as this is the minimum Q-miles guaranteed on any AA-coded flight (except those on HA metal).
In fact, your Q-mile calculations across the board are wrong, as they are not multiplied by 1.5, 1, or .5. Those are the multiplication factors for Q-points.
