As long as your preferences are noted on your reservation, we will always give you the room type you request, unless you find an upgrade, suite, or other room type satisfactory. If we fail to deliver your preferred room type, we'll give you a cash reimbursement. (Reimbursement varies by hotel brand.)
If I am reading this correctly, if I make a reservation at a sold out hotel and when I selected a "King" but it indicated it was noted, but not available...
Under those circumstances does the guarantee apply? Anyone have experience with it?
