Why isn't it asking me on other flights then? Does my EC account have an overage/sane flag on it. Or it could be ba.com.......

This is the last leg of an exceedingly good value ex-MLA D class ticket to HKG. A bargain at GBP1850 or so, which I suspect Air Malta can't offer me.
