I've been everything from a non-status flyer to Chairman over the past 7 years. I just returned from a trip on WN and had to ask myself why I bust my butt to make these levels every year. Even though WN does not have assigned seating, I can check in via my cell phone 24 hours in advance to get an A boarding pass. Even though it's an all coach fleet, my upgrade rate on US for the past six months has been close to zero. While they do not offer the lowest fare on a majority of their routes, I find they are less expensive for last minute fares which I constantly book.

Why do I keep flying on US?
