Last I heard, the rail link will reach Gimpo by 2008 and go all the way to Seoul Station by 2010 or 2011.

Can any of our FTers resident in Korea give us an idea of why the rail link has been so delayed? Seems like it's taking twice as long to build as forecast when ICN opened.
