It's similar to asking who puts SSSS on your boarding pass. "Oh no, it's not us, the TSA, it's the airlines that do that."
Yeah, and CLEAR determines you're a secondary. Right.
I'd write to Joe Sharkey and the travel guy at USA Today about this. Once this news hits one of those papers, CLEAR subscriptions will plummet.
