Most of the seats on the A330 are quite nice as J is split between 4 rows between doors 1 and 2 and then 3 rows behind door 2.

Seats 1JK are very quiet as you have very little movement (same on the A340)

I do not recommend seats 1EF or 2EF as you have in-flight entertainement compartments where the crew needs to open every now and then, a crew onboard documentation cart, and a closet ... so there is a lot of movement next to seats 1E and 2E.

At seats 4AB you may be bothered by movement of carts from the compartements behind you.
