Hi guys - I'm a long-time reader, but new poster - and I've extensively searched this particular question and turned up nothing! So to all of you Platinum guests who have stayed (and been successfully upgraded) at the W-The Court, The St. Regis and the W-NY, I seek your guidance! I am bringing my brand new fiancee (at least she'll be by then!) with me, so I'd like to spoil her!

I have three nights in NYC in mid-March:
> First night, I'm at the W-The Court. I got a great Travelzoo rate on a 700 sqft Fantastic Suite. But if they offer a Platinum upgrade, should I take it? Is this a great room category and should I just stay put?

> Second night, I'm at the St. Regis on points. While I'm checking in, I would like to ask the front desk if they have any upgrades to a specific room category. Any recommendations?

> Third night, and this is the one I'm most concerned about - I'm at the W-NY. I have a 200 sqft room booked right now (and this isn't even the lowest room category). Is there a specific room type/category/number that I could specifically request as a Plat?
