Although the new airport seems quite nice and efficient, I do think that the missing rail link is a major disadvantage. Apparently, they couldn't secure enough funding to build the railway in time.
Has anyone heard anything more on this rail link? I read on the airport website that this link would be open in April '07....is that still realistic, seeing as it has been pushed back already? Any word on what the costs would be, travel time, etc?

I will be coming to ICN in either late May or early June...
