Fare class matters - see AA.com - but, yes, you will earn double AA miles. What site you book on is irrelevent...the AA code does matter for miles accrulal but is not needed to get OneWorld benefits - double miles is a oneworld benefit. You will earn double miles - how many miles you earn is affected by fare class.
