Well I'm sorry but since 9 times average earnings is under £200k p.a. IMHO that's not enough to describe someone as being wealthy...albeit here in Wales it's certainly enough to keep one in reasonable comfort.

A twist on the old Rolls Royce story...if you are REALLY wealthy then you don't know (or perhaps need to care) how much you earn!
