Does one have to pay excess baggage fees on a connecting flight to an international flight? Specifically, I'm flying off to LAX then to SIN and since domestic flight have a 50 pound limit per piece while Singapore Air has a 70 pound limit, I'm not sure if the domestic airlines will follow international bagagge rules.. Thanks!
