Its is widely known fact, at least for frequent NW travelers, that NW has lost its Northworst image some years ago..., but on ft.com it seems to come back from time to time, same with Northwest`s average age of aircraft.I use NW frequently on both transatlantic and domestiv travel and I am very satisfied overall.The only minor complaints are normally about the bad attitude of the KLM staff at AMS, but that is worth another ( long ) topic...
