OK, so I flew on WBC as part of their holiday sale (worked out perfectly for me since I split my time between AMS and EWR.) It wasn't *bad* necesarily, but the plane (747) was a little worn, the food barely passable, the crew very noisy on an overnight flight.

I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth -- I paid all of $800 for a roundtrip ticket, but I couldn't help thinking to myself that if I had to pay full price for this flight, I'd be very pissed off. I usually fly CO and I'm hardly a big booster of them, but every BF flight I've been on with CO has been better than WBC by a factor of 2 or 3. What gives?
