There are no excellent J seats on a 777.

But 4A and 4K are good, and the most private, with no-one'e legs to climb across to get in. Definitely the best seats on a day time flight.

If it's an overnighter beware, as you will be subject to Galley FM, although the volume is generally louder on Gatwick Galley FM.
