Is that truely how you read what I posted

All flights get alot of attention, but sadly LHR is not a good place to get anything out on time. If there has been a particular issue or if ops know there may be an issue on a certain flight the next day then it gets the spot light put onto it. That is not to say we all think sod the rest though......


Surely in most companies there are times that staff are told to focus onto one particular work stream, but that does not mean that nothing else is done.
