I read this to mean 45 - 60 days
after an official decision is announced. AFAIK no such decision has been finalized so any possible re-opening date for DMK is probably no sooner than after Songkhran, or end-April.
I am certain TG will have bus service between the two airports for the people who do need to connect to a domestic destination other than HKT or CNX, so people will just have to be aware of this when planning connections.
Most reports have HKT and CNX staying at BKK rather than moving to DMK.
I fly to BKK-KKC a lot so a move to DMK would be good for me. However there are always a lot of people coming from or going to international connections on the KKC flights so they'll face more of a challenge.
