I am not one for travel insurance, however with the extra cost (potential risk has increased with the new rules) I would pay the fee and always get insurance on any international ticket.

That way if I got sick, had an immediate family member get sick, I wouldn't lose the value of my ticket.

Why don't more people buy the insurance????
