Ditto the pillow, if you check baggage you can have a nice sized pillow in your carryon. I get a few odd looks when I whip out a pillow the size of my carryon but I sit in a window seat usually upgraded and I try to sit in the last seat in FC and set the pillow up against the window/wall. Makes a big difference in my comfort level.

In your case hope no one is sitting in your row and you will sleep like a baby but in case you don't get all 3 seats to yourself the window is a nice buffer as long as you got a pillow and jacket/blanket to keep warm.
