Hi all

I just escaped here from the AA forum

I am transiting through BGI on a Thursday afternoon and have almost 4 hours to kill. I am flying AA (Business) from JFK to BGI and BA (Business) to LGW. I get into BGI at 2:40PM and leave again at 6:55PM. I am AA Plat and QF Gold. Also I am a British citizen (if that impacts on immigration times etc.)

I was just wondering (never having been to the Carribean) if it is going to be worth trying to get out of the airport. One option is to just head off to the lounge for four hours - but that could be thirsty work and I might not be allowed on the next flight .

Is there anything I can do for a few hours or places I should visit?

My luggage will be checked through so I will just have one bag (laptop) to carry around.
