I am flying YYZ-YVR-HNL on a monthly basis for the next few months. Has anyone had much success in getting power in the Executive seats empower sockets. On the 16 segments I have flown so far, it has only worked 4 times. Usually the green light is not on, the flight attendant will then flick a switch in the galley to turn on the green light on your seat, but the power still doesn't flow. I realise they are refurbishing these planes soon, but is this the normal experience that others have, or did I just have really bad luck. I would rather not carry 13 hours of battery power. Thanks.
